This policy explains how Iets van Alles en Nog Meer handles personal information through its online shop and its planned WhatsApp ordering and product-catalogue service.
Information we collect
When you place an order, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address or selected PUDO collection location, items ordered, order details and payment or delivery status. When you contact us on WhatsApp, we may process your phone number, messages, product descriptions and images you send to the shop bot.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, process and manage orders, prepare delivery quotations and invoices, communicate about orders, prevent abuse and maintain the product catalogue. WhatsApp order updates are optional where consent is requested. We do not use submitted product images for unrelated purposes.
Product submissions
Only approved senders may submit products to our WhatsApp catalogue bot. Approved product images and descriptions may be published on the shop website. Do not send personal or sensitive information in product descriptions or images intended for publication.
Services and sharing
Our website uses Cloudflare for hosting and security and Supabase for database and application services. Our WhatsApp integration uses Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. These providers may process information as necessary to deliver their services. We may also share information with delivery providers where needed to fulfil an order. We do not sell customer personal information.
Payments
Orders use EFT/bank transfer instructions provided separately. The website does not collect bank card numbers for online payment.
Storage and security
We use access controls and other reasonable security measures to protect information. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for orders, legal obligations, security and business records, and delete or anonymise it when no longer required.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and recordkeeping requirements. You may also withdraw consent to optional WhatsApp order updates by contacting the shop.
Cookies and security tools
The site may use browser storage for shopping-cart or interface functionality and security tools such as Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse.
Children
The shop is not intended to collect personal information directly from children without appropriate parental or guardian involvement.
